Antonio Valencia Extends Manchester United Contract Until 2019 - 4 years ago

Antonio Valencia has signed a two-year contract extension at Manchester United. Antonio Valencia captained United to victory in the Europa League final on Wednesday, when they beat Ajax 2-0 in Stockholm to secure a place in next season’s Champions League group stage.The 31-year-old Ecuador international, who signed from Wigan Athletic in 2009, also has an option to extend his stay by a further year. Valencia told United’s ​website: ​”Manchester United has been my life since 2009 and I am absolutely delighted to have signed a new contract.
