Julian Draxler has won the Golden Ball for the 2017 Confederations Cup. The Paris Saint-Germain forward who captained winners Germany, was rewarded for his impressive performances throughout the tournament. His team-mate Timo Werner collected the Golden Boot. Werner finished level on three foals with team-mates Leon Goretzka and Lars Stindl, but he won the prize thanks to his two assits. Chile goalkeeper, Claudio Bravo, took home the Golden Glove award after saving three penalties in the semi-final against Portugal. Germany claimed a narrow 1-0 win over Copa America holders Chile in the final to win the trophy.
