Philippines concerts to watch out for in 2018
Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, November 8) — Filipinos sure love music, making for a great crowd in concerts and music festivals.
Here are the upcoming music events in 2018 featuring international artists.
Korean boy band SF9 will visit Manila for the first time for their "Be My Fantasy" concert.
The event was originally scheduled for June 18, 2017, but was later rescheduled to January 6, 2018 at The Theatre at Solaire, Parañaque City.
Tickets are at P3,000 pricetag for the Premium section, and P5,500 for VIP.
English alternative rock band Nothing But Thieves will bring their "Broken Machine World Tour" to the KIA Theatre, Quezon City.
Tickets went on sale on November 3, at P1,850 for balcony, P3,960 for lodge, and P6,075 for VIP Standing.
"Pumped Up Kicks" artist Foster The People will headline the "Sacred Hearts Club Tour" at the KIA Theatre in Quezon City with ticket prices ranging from P2,625 for Level 4, up to P5,250 for Level 1.
Japanese rock quartet One Ok Rock returns to the Philippines for their "Ambitions Asia Tour" at the Mall of Asia Arena, Pasay City.
Ticket prices range from P2,650 for the Upper Box section, to P8,480 for the "Platinum Rock Zone."
British indie pop band The xx will promote their third studio album, "I See You," in their concert happening at the World Trade Center, Pasay City.
Tickets are priced from P2,385 to P5,565.
The first Playback Music Festival, while no details have been revealed yet, will bring throwback tunes to music lovers in February.
American rock band Paramore returns to Manila after seven years for the "Tour Four" at the Mall of Asia Arena, Pasay City.
Tickets for the Grammy Award-winning artists' concert cost between P1,325 for General Admission and P8,000 for VIP.
"The X-Factor" girl group Fifth Harmony will belt out their tunes at the KIA Theatre, Quezon City for their "PSA Tour," with ticket prices ranging from P3,000 to P6,500.
The annual music festival Wanderland, which will feature international acts Lauv and JFK, along with local artists IV of Spades and Sandwich, will be held at the Filinvest Open Grounds, Muntinlupa City.
Several promos and packages are available for the tickets, including a P3,800 for individuals to P21,700 for groups.
Following a bike accident that prompted British crooner Ed Sheeran to reschedule some of his 2017 concerts, the final date has been set for his " ÷ Tour."
The concert will be held at the Mall of Asia Concert Grounds, Pasay City with tickets all sold out.
Irish rock band The Script, known for their heartbreak songs "Breakeven" and "The Man Who Can't Be Moved," will return to Manila for the fourth time, this time for their "Freedom Child Tour."
Tickets are also sold out for the concert, to be held at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City
Former One Direction member Harry Styles will promote his self-titled debut album at his concert at the Mall of Asia Arena, Pasay City. Tickets are sold out.

Grammy Award-winning artist Bruno Mars extended his "24K Magic Tour" at the Mall of Asia Arena, Pasay City after tickets for his supposedly one-night concert was sold out minutes after going on sale.
Another former Directioner, Niall Horan will headline his "Flicker World Tour" at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City with tickets ranging from P2,968 to P6,784.
