Social media has bridged the gap between a lot of social classes and people are bolder to engage others online even though they would never be able to do so in real life. For Nigerian celebrities, it is not strange for people to comment on their every action on social media and it is now an accepted norm.Just recently, Nigerian reggae and dancehall singer, Patoranking, took to his Twitter page to share news of his scholarship program that would enable many young ones go to school.A Twitter user identified as Mark Ogbonnanya then fired back at the singer and told him to trace his steps and start his charitable acts from his home town.Mark wrote: “Trace it down to your home town and start it from there.”Patoranking responded by revealing how he currently takes care of 150 children from his hometown, ranging from primary to secondary and university level. He wrote: “I’m currently taking care of 150 kids in my hometown. And this ranges from primary to secondary and shut up…Ok.”
